A delicious dessert

Someone tweeted something yesterday, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

The tweet is true, and I’ve requested a peach cobbler for the Fourth of July.

Whether I’ll get it remains to be seen, but the truth is hot peach cobbler is wonderful.

It is made of wonderful things, and is a delicious dessert.

It goes great with ice cream, and it’s also great by itself.

It makes great leftovers, because of one small, not-so-secret secret.

Cold peach cobbler is wonderful, too.

  1. Casey: This one brought back many memories. I was raised on peach cobbler. However, in 2002 I was diagnosed as diabetic .We were on the road quite a bit eating out. It seemed every restaurant had peach cobbler. It took some time to adjust my medicine etc. Today I am able to eat peach cobbler (glory). Mostly sugar free thanks to a sweet wife who has learned how to take care of me. By the way, sugar free ice cream goes good with the cobbler. A sweet post!

  2. Any kind of cobbler would work for me?! And with a dollop of cold ice cream?!! The best! I can see & taste it melting down the sides already. Yum!!!😊😊😊
